1. Where do you ship from?
Answer: I ship all my products from Indiana, USA; except for the embroidery items. These are shipped from the USA as well, however from a different location.
2. What are your processing and shipping times?
Answer: Our order processing time for everything on our site, except for embroidery items is 2 business days. Delivery time is around 3-7 business days.
For embroidery items, processing and delivery time is 1-3 weeks.

Answer: Riddle runway, LLC was established in May 2024 in the state of Indiana, USA.
4. What is your return policy?
Answer: I accept returns within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, on everything*, except for the embroidery items. Items must be in their original packaging to process the return.
*I do not accept returns on embroidery items. However, please reach out in case you are not satisfied. I may be able to handle returns in some cases.
5. Where are the apparel made?
Answer: The garments are sourced from China from reliable suppliers. We maintain high standards and scrutiny of the quality.
